Water the lawn

I keep forgetting to do this and I've pretty much killed my lawn. I've been wanted to put indigenous, drought tolerant stuff out there anyway. As a bonus I won't have to learn to use the dreaded lawnmower for awhile. I have no idea why but I have this deep fear of the lawnmower, like it's going to take off all my toes instantly when I figure out how to get it started.

UPDATE: I'm going to let the front yard die, learn how to use the rototiller and put in new landscaping. I am going to continue to water the trees and side planter since I like those.

The backyard actually has some green to it and I want some grass for back there so I'll keep watering it. Looks like I'm going to need to learn to use the lawnmower soon. I have a neighbor that offered to show me how to use it. I've never had to take care of the yard on my own. It used to be my husband's job.

Put laundry away

I'm ashamed to admit this but I never put away last weeks laundry. In my defense I did ask my daughter to put away the towels/sheets but she just ignored me. Then I got sick and didn't care. My top two most hated chores are putting away the laundry and cleaning the bathroom.

UPDATE: all put away

Do more laundry and put it away

It's Saturday which means it's my laundry day.  Looks like I need to add- clean off the top of the dryer to my projects list.

UPDATE: done and all put away, except for whats on the line

Wash the walls in the spare bedroom with bleach

I have some pictures I want to hang in there but before I hang them up or move them the walls need to be washed down. My husband had a bunch of stuff in this room and it was jam packed but now that most of it has been moved out I can start making this into a proper spare bedroom.

UPDATE: I need to buy cleaner and I will do this tomorrow

Move the computer desk to the garage

Not looking forward to this at all. I hate moving furniture since it's only my daughter and I- we'll have to figure out how to do this ourselves. I'm saving the desk to move into another room but the other room isn't ready yet so I need to store it in the garage. I can't even remember how long it's been since I used a desk top computer-my daughter and I both use laptops. My daughter is home schooled so this is going to be used for her desk when she starts back to school in a month or so.

UPDATE: done but I have a mess of cords to figure out
