Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Grilled Marinated Pork Chops

4 - 6 pork chops
¼ C soy sauce
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 Tbsp brown mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar, packed
1 clove garlic finely minced
salt and pepper to taste

Place pork chops in a large food storage bag or storage container. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops. Seal the bag/container and turn to coat the pork chops. Refrigerate for 3 hours to overnight, turning occasionally. Grill the chops over high heat for 5 to 10 minutes on each side or until the chops register about 160° on a meat thermometer.
